Pricing Questions
A "user" is any person in your organization who interacts with TeamsPIM — whether submitting PIM requests, approving them, or viewing the dashboard. Service accounts and inactive users are not counted.
Monthly billing is $5/user/month. Annual billing is $4/user/month (billed as a lump sum for 12 months), saving you 20%. Both plans include all features.
A free trial runs one month in your own environment, at no cost: we support deployment and admin consent, onboard your requesters and approvers, track approval metrics with you, and close with a success review. If TeamsPIM is a fit, we move to a subscription from there.
Yes. Multi-tenant deployments for MSPs, consultants, and multi-organization IT teams are available — get in touch and we'll plan the deployment and pricing around your customer environments.
We accept all major credit cards and invoicing for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via purchase order. Billing is handled through Microsoft AppSource once our listing publishes; direct billing is available in the interim.
Yes, paid plans require a minimum of 10 licensed users. This ensures the best experience and keeps per-customer support manageable.
